2, 4 and 8 zone versions

The ZC8 range of conventional panels features control and indication facilities for 2, 4, or 8 zone systems. Up to a maximum of 32 automatic detectors and/or manual callpoints can be connected to each zone.

Cost effective design, enables the ZC8 to be offered across a wide range of small to medium sized building applications, providing the basic elements of protection to meet British Standard recommendations.

Housed in an attractive flame resistant polycarbonate enclosure, the range of panels is compatible with all ZC conventional detection devices. Zone wiring is fully monitored for open, short circuit and detector removal, with head out continuity. Individual zones are easily disabled, for service and maintenance.

Easy to install

All ZC8 panels are both easy to install and simple to operate. Two separate alarm circuits, with an output of 0.25A each, for the two zone and 0.5A each for the four and the eight zones are provided, both fully monitored for open and short circuit wiring faults. A common auxiliary supply is included, together with common outputs for both fire and fault.

Included on all panels are, a one man walk test, monitored remote input (class change) and a selectable non latching zone, enabling panels to be connected together without the costly addition of lock up relays. A lamp and panel buzzer test facility is also included on all panels.

8 zone repeat panel

Panels feature an attractively styled fascia, displaying all LED indicators and push buttons for system control. Access to operator level is via a three-digit security code, entered via the panel keypad. Further code access is required for entry into the engineering level.

A matching 8 zone repeat panel can be connected to the 4 and 8 zone main panels via the auxiliary supply and a screened, two wire, serial link. The ZC8 panel range represents excellent value, where a cost effective range of fire detection facilities is required from a conventional system.
