General

The HCA605-8 will fit structures from 3 to 8 mm. This knock-on edge clip is available to mount on steelwork of differing thickness and provides a standoff for the linear heat sensing cable to ensure rapid response. The HCA605-8 is made of mild steel with a zinc rich plated finish. It has excellent resistance to corrosion and heat. The linear heat sensing cable should always be secured to the edge clip with the recommended neoprene sleeve and tie wrap.
